A Little More About Me
Activate Your Inner Love
I first found yoga in 2014 when I held a wellness event for Black women. The mind-body connection of the practice caught my interest right away and reminded me of how great it felt to put my physical and emotional health first!
Based in the Greater Toronto area, my intention as a professional Yoga Instructor is to help my Black women grow their self-care practice and find the courage to walk the path of their dreams in a culturally-secure and safe space.
I am a registered E-RYT200 and Trauma Informed Yoga certified and I am a leader in organizational development. I hold a Bachelor of Human Kinetics with honours and a minor in Cultural Anthropology. Master of Arts in Social Foundations of Education, and a Professional Certificate in Strategic Leadership , as well as a collection of professional certifications including National Coaching Certifications in Artistic Women's Gymnastics and Trampolining.
Yoga inspires you to seek autonomy of your mind, body, and spiritual well-being.
It's Own My Canvas.. It;s my vision for all my students: Be You. Love You. Do You.
I hope my students experience the joy that this practice gives to me.
