How much does it cost?
All standard rates for psychotherapy services (Individual and Group) are listed on this website. Existing clients will be notified if there are any changes to therapy service fees.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
A time-limited reduced fee for existing clients experiencing financial hardship and/or navigating a financial transition is available. The sliding scale rate applies to Individual Therapy services only. Let talk about your needs.
What about insurance coverage?
Our psychotherapy services may be covered in full or in part by your extended health insurance or employee benefits plan. We provide detailed receipts that most insurance require for reimbursement. We encourage you to find out from your insurer what type of coverage and billing process you have for therapy with a Qualifying Registered Psychotherapist.
Do I need a credit card to book services?
We're striving to make our services barrier-free and we understand that everyone's financial circumstance is different. We ask clients to include their credit card to book services, however payment for appointments can be made via credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or Interac e-transfer at the start of your session.
What does it mean to be a Qualifying Registered Psychotherapist?
Qualifying Registered Psychotherapists are regulated professionals in the process of fulfilling the requirements to become a Registered Psychotherapist. They’re permitted to practice psychotherapy under the clinical supervision of a regulated psychotherapy professional. Visit the CRPO’s website.
What is your therapeutic approach?
We work in solidarity using an anti-oppression, Black feminist theory, and relational-cultural intersecting model. We believe affirming mental health can be achieved through an integrative and personalized treatment plan.

Do you offer services to teens (14-17 years old)?
Yes, we offer limited individual therapy appointments for identifying Black teen women and identifying teen women of colour.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
We're primarily a virtual psychotherapy practice. We do offer in-person services in Kitchener, Ontario. In-person appointments can be booked in the Client Portal.
