Yoga Classes

As an expert-level yoga teacher, my Yoga Classes are designed for groups looking for a healthy activity. Grab a mat, don’t forget your water bottle, and relax into a sequence that will leave you feeling centered and rejuvenated. 3 classes: Slow Flow, Flow, Sweat & Let Go class.

Trauma-Informed Yoga

As a Black woman, I stand in the inter-generational and long-standing traumas shared across our communities.  I offer an embodied, culturally-secure class to honor our identities. It is where our needs are  explored with an intense desire to understand, invite sharing, respect, and meaning.

Black Women Wellness

As a former corporate leader, holding space with other like-minded women helped me to recharge, reconnect, and reclaim my voice in sometimes very isolating environments.  Black Women Wellness is a class that offers opportunity to deepen our vocational vitality.

Athlete Development

As a former athlete turned corporate leader, I continue to champion holistic athlete development to help high performing athletes connect mind and body performance when it counts the most.  Include OMC into your long-term athlete development (LTAD) programs. My focus is on alignment, breath, and self-regulation. Private classes available.

Community Give-Back Class

My community give-back class are perfect for nonprofits and schools building a wellness program or fund raising for a cause. Book a free Slow Flow, Flow, or Sweat and Let Go class and the funds raised are yours.

OMC Six Pillars Philosophy

This is Own My Canvas' philosophy. Each unique pillar is  reflected in everything I do. It is a celebration of Black culture, history, and collective will of self-empowerment. Together, they are a way of life on and off the mat.
