How much does it cost?

All standard rates for mental health and wellness services are listed on this website. Existing clients will be notified if there are any changes to therapy service fees. OMC reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

A time-limited reduced fee for existing clients experiencing financial hardship and/or navigating a financial transition is available. The sliding scale rate applies to Individual Therapy services only. Discuss your needs with your therapist.

What about insurance coverage?

Our therapy services may be covered in full or in part by your extended health insurance or employee benefits plan. We provide detailed receipts that most insurance require for reimbursement. We encourage you to find out from your insurer what type of coverage and billing process you have for therapy with a Registered Psychotherapist.

Do you offer direct billing?

Yes — we offer direct billing for select insurance providers to make accessing care more seamless and reduce upfront costs where possible. If you’d like to use direct billing, simply let your therapist know and we’ll guide you through the process.

Do I need a credit card to book services?

We are committed to making our services accessible to everyone, understanding that financial situations can vary.

As part of our credit card policy, all clients are asked to have a debit/credit card on file. If you'd prefer not to use the debit/credit card for payments, feel free to discuss alternative payment options directly with your therapist.

Introductory Call consultation is a free service. While we do require a debit/credit card for booking appointments, there is no charge for this service.
